Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 72 hours to become available.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Chosen Mode is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided during checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at contact@chosen-mode.com. We will work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.
